The basics

What is the desktop companion?
It is our original desktop character: a small, hand-finished companion designed to sit on your desk, monitor stand or shelf and keep you company while you work. Each one is made to order.

Is it really made by hand?
Yes. Every companion is made to order and hand-finished by a real person, then checked before it is packed and posted. No factory line, no AI.

How should I look after it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat (so no sunny windowsills or radiators). To clean, wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Orders & shipping

How long until my order ships?
Because pieces are made to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to make and finish your order before dispatch. Stickers and apparel usually go out within 2 to 4 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free across the UK. International shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country, which are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping policy for details.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?
If you order different types of items, they may arrive separately.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in original condition. Faulty or damaged items are always put right. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Apparel & stickers

What are the tees and hoodies like?
Soft, comfortable and built to last, with our own original designs. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Are the stickers durable?
Yes. They are made to handle laptops, water bottles and notebooks.

How do I get 10% off?
Join our email list (there is a sign-up on the homepage and in the footer) and we will send you a code for 10% off your first order.
