Terms of service

_Last updated: 2 July 2026_

Welcome to 10x Goods. By accessing or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

## Overview

This site is operated by 10x Goods. By using the site or placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

## Products

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Many items are made to order and hand-finished, so small variations are normal and part of the character of a handmade piece.

## Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and to correct errors in pricing or product information, even after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

## Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for example where we suspect fraud or an item is unavailable.

## Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, or to copy or resell our original designs without permission.

## Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and branding on this site are owned by us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, or our liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

## Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your use of the site.
