## Making your order

Most of our pieces are made to order and hand-finished, so they are not sitting on a shelf waiting to ship. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to make and pack your order before it is dispatched. Stickers and apparel are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

If your order includes different types of items, they may arrive in more than one parcel.

## UK shipping

UK shipping is a flat £4.99, and **free on orders over £30**. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days via Evri (or Royal Mail where necessary).

## International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and is paid by the customer. Delivery times vary by country, but are typically 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.

## Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue parcels.

## Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking where available.

## Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated, or your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us via our Contact page and we will help track it down.
